How to use

How to Use:

  1. Add 1 scoop of powder to at least 8 fluid oz (237 ml) of water. Mix well and drink immediately.
  2. Follow with an additional glass of water. (BUM) Cleanse works best when you’re well-hydrated.
  3. For best results, take 30-60 minutes before meals.

Getting Started:

  • New to (BUM) Cleanse? Start with 1 serving per day for the first week to adjust to increased fiber intake.
  • You may experience some bloating and changes in bowel movements initially.
  • After the first week, you can increase to no more than 3 servings daily.

Important Tips:

  • Not recommended to take at bedtime.
  • Consume (BUM) Cleanse at least 2 hours before or after medications.

Warnings

This food should be eaten with at least a full glass of liquid. Eating this product without enough liquid may cause choking. Do not eat this product if you have difficulty in swallowing. Do not exceed the recommended dose. Pregnant or nursing mothers, children under 18, and individuals with a known medical condition should consult a physician before using this or any dietary supplement. Use this product as a food supplement only. Do not use for weight reduction.

    Best Psyllium supplement EVER!!!

    I was introduced to this brand by one of my best friends and I have to say that as someone who has struggled with digestive issues most of my adult life - this product is a game changer, and I have tried them all!. Gentle and effective without any bloating or urgency issues, and what a great taste! Is it possible to actually look forward to taking a psyllium supplement?? I believe it is. Sorry CVS, I've finally found the best!
