How much is shipping?

We charge a flat fee of $6 for standard shipping and handling. Subscribers and orders over $50 enjoy free shipping! 

How is my purchase helping LGBTQ+ couples achieve parenthood? 

We commit at least 5% of our revenue to organizations like HelpUsAdopt.org and Men Having Babies, both of which work to reduce costs for LGBTQ+ members pursuing parenthood. We also promote these organizations through our marketing platforms!

Is (BUM) a non-profit?

No, (BUM) Bottoms Up Movement is a for-profit business. Our mission is to make LGBTQ+ family building affordable, while building a successful business for our community.

What is the status of my order and how can I track it?

After placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Once shipped, you’ll get another email with the expected delivery date and tracking link.

Where do you ship?

We’re still in bootstrap mode and we ship only within the United States. We hope to expand internationally as we grow!

How long does it take to ship my order?

Orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours. Delivery takes 3-5 business days, depending on location and shipping provider. At the moment, it’s just two husbands and a toddler packing and shipping every order (with love!). Processing times may be longer during holidays and weekends.

Do you ship discreetly?

All packaging is unmarked with the sender listed as "Shipping Department”. We plan to offer more prideful shipping options in the future!

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if you’re unsatisfied or have feedback about a (BUM) product, email us at feedback@bottomsupmovement.com, and we’ll make it right.

What if my lube arrives spilled?

Email us at feedback@bottomsupmovement.com with a picture of the shipment. We’ll send a replacement. We include gripper seals to prevent leakage, but if an accident happens, we want to hear from you!

Do you offer a referral program?

Yes! Visit our referral link. Your referrals get $5 off their first purchase of $24 or more, and you get $10 off your next purchase for each successful referral.

Do you have physical stores? 

Not yet, but we hope to open locations in our favorite cities in the future so you can experience (BUM) products in person!

Do you offer products in additional sizes and quantities? 

Not yet, but we plan to in the future.

Do you have additional Scrub fragrances or Cleanse flavors? 

Not yet, but if you have a favorite you want to see us carry, we welcome suggestions at feedback@bottomsupmovement.com.

Do you offer other types of lube besides silicone?

Not yet, but subscribe to our mailing list to stay in the know about future product releases!

Does silicone stain?

We recommend birthday suits versus Sunday's best when using our product. For bedding, theres a bit of a risk/reward dynamic at play. A quick online search and you'll find lots of online remedies that can help reduce the stain risk, we personally think the reward FAR outweighs the risk!
